Bonus terms
Wagering requirements, game contribution, max bet and validity for every Win2Chill bonus.
These bonus terms supplement the general terms and conditions of Win2Chill and set out in detail how bonus offers are claimed, wagered and withdrawn. They apply to the welcome package, the weekly cashback, reload offers and every other promotion unless stated otherwise.
Wagering requirement: A 40x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds from the welcome package and to winnings generated from free spins before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. The weekly cashback carries a lower 1x wagering requirement. The wagering requirement always applies to the bonus amount or free spin winnings, not to the original deposit.
Maximum bet: While a bonus or a resulting free spin round is active, a maximum bet of EUR 5 per round applies. A higher stake placed during this period can lead to cancellation of the bonus and any winnings tied to it.
Validity: Welcome package bonus funds are valid for 30 days from the date credited. Any portion not wagered within that window is removed automatically, along with any as-yet-unreleased winnings connected to it.
Game contribution: Online slots contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Progressive jackpot slots contribute 50%. Video poker contributes 20%. Blackjack and roulette, whether played in software or at a live table, contribute 10%. Other table games such as baccarat or certain poker formats contribute between 5% and 10%. Live dealer games overall contribute between 0% and 10% depending on table type.
Excluded games: Certain games with a very low house edge or unusual payout mechanics may be fully excluded from counting toward a wagering requirement. The current list of excluded titles is available inside the promotions center of the account and may change over time.
One bonus per household: Only one instance of a given bonus is permitted per person, household, IP address, email address and payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus more than once through duplicate accounts result in forfeiture of the bonus and connected winnings.
Changes: Win2Chill may adjust or discontinue a promotion at any time. Bonuses already active on an account at the time of a change are generally not affected by it.
