Win2Chill Promotions: welcome package, cashback and VIP rewards

This page brings together every active promotion at Win2Chill: the 475% welcome package, the 20% weekly cashback, reload and free spin offers, and the six-tier VIP club. Each offer is explained in full here, including minimum deposit, wagering requirement and validity window. For a general introduction to Win2Chill visit the home page, and for payment details see the banking page.

All bonus offers on this page share the same baseline rules. They are open only to verified players aged 18 and over, and only one bonus of the same type is allowed per person, household, IP address, email address and payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through duplicate accounts results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings connected to it. Win2Chill reserves the right to adjust or withdraw a promotion at any time, though bonuses already active on an account are not normally affected by a later change.

The order on this page follows the player journey: the welcome package for new players first, followed by cashback and reload offers for existing players, then the VIP club for the most active players. Near the end you will find a summary of how much each game category contributes toward a wagering requirement, a detail that matters for almost every bonus discussion.

The Win2Chill welcome package totals 475% in bonus funds up to EUR 3,000, plus 425 free spins, spread across eight consecutive deposits. Each deposit unlocks its own match percentage, minimum amount and spin count. The breakdown below covers all eight tiers.

Deposit 1: minimum EUR 5. 100% match plus 50 free spins. This first tier is set deliberately low so that players with a smaller budget can still work through the entire package.

Deposit 2: minimum EUR 10. 60% match plus 40 free spins. Combined with deposit 1, this brings the running total to 90 free spins.

Deposit 3: minimum EUR 20. 50% match plus 35 free spins, bringing the running spin total to 125.

Deposit 4: minimum EUR 30. 45% match plus 40 free spins, for a running total of 165 spins.

Deposit 5: minimum EUR 60. 45% match plus 50 free spins, taking the running total to 215 spins. This deposit marks the midpoint of the welcome package.

Deposit 6: minimum EUR 120. 50% match plus 60 free spins, for a running total of 275 spins.

Deposit 7: minimum EUR 250. 55% match plus 70 free spins, bringing the running total to 345 spins.

Deposit 8: minimum EUR 500. 70% match plus 80 free spins, completing the final running total of 425 free spins. Added together, the eight match percentages reach a combined 475%, the figure quoted in the welcome package headline. After this eighth deposit the progressive welcome package ends, and further rewards continue through the weekly cashback and the VIP club described below.

A 40x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount and to winnings from the free spins before a withdrawal can be requested. A maximum bet of EUR 5 per round applies while any part of the welcome package is active. The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited, and any unused amount is removed automatically once that window closes. Only one welcome package is permitted per household.

Alongside the welcome package, Win2Chill runs a weekly cashback of 20% on net losses. The calculation period runs Monday to Sunday, with the cashback credited the following Monday. The amount is based on the difference between total stakes and total winnings during that period, not on the total value of deposits made.

A minimum net loss applies before a cashback payment is triggered, if the net loss for the week falls below that threshold no cashback is credited for that period. The credited cashback carries a 1x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn, considerably lower than the 40x that applies to the welcome package, which makes it one of the more straightforward offers Win2Chill runs.

Cashback is credited automatically, no separate claim is required. Players who still have an active welcome package deposit tier in progress can receive the weekly cashback at the same time, the two offers do not exclude one another.

The Win2Chill VIP club runs across six tiers based on cumulative deposits and play: Cabana, Villa, Marina, Skyline, Riviera and Legend. Each tier adds further benefits on top of the one before it.

Cabana is the entry tier granted automatically to every verified player after registration. It includes the standard 20% weekly cashback and full access to the regular promotion calendar.

Villa is reached after a set amount of cumulative play and raises the effective cashback slightly above the Cabana rate, along with faster processing on withdrawal requests.

Marina builds on Villa with periodic bonus offers not shown to lower tiers, plus the option to request higher personal deposit limits, always within the boundaries of responsible gaming.

Skyline is the first tier with a named personal account manager, reachable by email or live chat. From this tier upward, withdrawal requests are placed higher in the processing queue, which shows up mainly as shorter waiting times on bank-based methods.

Riviera increases the cashback rate again and adds a birthday bonus, along with invitations to periodic tournaments open only to Riviera and Legend players.

Legend is the top tier, built around individually negotiated limits, the highest cashback rate in the program and priority handling on every support request, including withdrawals routed through a dedicated channel.

Movement between tiers happens automatically as an account accumulates deposits and play, there is no separate application to fill out. A player's current tier and progress toward the next one are always visible inside the account dashboard.

Beyond the welcome package and the weekly cashback, Win2Chill runs a standing calendar of reload and free spin offers. The regular weekly reload bonus is aimed at players who have already completed their welcome package, and offers a percentage match on a deposit made within that week, with its own minimum deposit and wagering requirement shown in the account at the time.

A separate weekend reload runs Friday through Sunday as an added incentive for the busier days of the week. It can be used independently of the standard weekly reload provided the relevant conditions for each are met. Both reload offers appear in the promotions center of the account once a player qualifies.

Monthly tournaments add prize pools based on wagering activity on a rotating selection of slot titles. The leaderboard updates continuously and remains visible in the account to every participating player throughout the month. Exact prize pools and the list of qualifying titles change from month to month and are announced at the start of each period. Joining a tournament generally requires no separate registration, a qualifying stake on one of the listed titles is enough.

All bonus types at Win2Chill apply a category-based contribution rate toward the wagering requirement. Online slots contribute 100%, meaning every stake placed on them counts in full. Progressive jackpot slots contribute only 50%, reflecting their different payout profile and average return rate.

Blackjack and roulette, whether played in software form or at a live table, contribute 10% toward the requirement. Video poker variants contribute 20%. Other table games such as baccarat or certain poker formats fall between 5% and 10%, depending on the specific game. Live dealer games overall contribute between 0% and 10%, depending on the table type.

This tiered structure exists to prevent a wagering requirement from being cleared using games that carry a lower statistical edge for the operator. While a bonus tier or a free spin round is active, a maximum bet of EUR 5 per round also applies, regardless of game category. Breaching that bet limit can lead to cancellation of the bonus and any winnings tied to it. The exact category a given game falls under is listed in that game's information panel inside the lobby.
