These terms and conditions govern the use of win-2-chill.casino and the associated casino service. The operator is 3-102-940230 S.R.L., registered in the Republic of Costa Rica, licensed under Costa Rica Online Gaming License Nr. CL06811807. By registering an account you accept these terms in full.
Eligibility: Use of Win2Chill is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. It is your responsibility to confirm that online gambling is legal in your place of residence before creating an account. Win2Chill may request proof of age and identity at any point.
Accounts: Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balance or bonus held on them. Information provided at registration, including name, date of birth and address, must be accurate and current.
Deposits: Deposits are made using the methods listed on the banking page. The minimum deposit is generally EUR 20, except for the first deposit under the welcome package. Win2Chill reserves the right to decline a deposit without giving a reason, for example where fraud is suspected.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals require successful identity verification once lifetime withdrawals exceed EUR 2,000 or at the time of a first withdrawal request, whichever comes first. Bonuses: All bonus offers are subject to the rules described on the bonus terms page, particularly regarding wagering requirements, maximum bet and validity period. Breaching these rules can result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings connected to it.
Fair use: Any attempt to exploit a software error, use bots or automated play, or coordinate play between multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Win2Chill may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law.
Disputes: Any disagreement should first be raised with support at [email protected]. If a matter cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process required under the operator's license.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Continued use of Win2Chill after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
